Donby Cinema ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by OptiLifes Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application and website.
Data Collected by the App
The Donby Cinema tvOS app collects the following data: device authentication keys (stored in Secure Enclave, never transmitted in plaintext), session credentials (held in memory only, never written to disk), and in-app structured log files (stored locally on-device, only uploaded to our servers when you explicitly submit a bug report). Log files are automatically deleted after each day. No personally identifiable information is collected without your knowledge.
Data Collected by the Website
If you submit a Feature Request on this website, we store: your request title, description text, the language of your session, and the submission timestamp. No cookies are set. No analytics or tracking scripts are present. IP addresses are not stored.
How We Use Your Data
Data collected through the app is used solely to authenticate your device and improve the app experience. Bug report logs are used exclusively to diagnose and resolve app issues. Feature request submissions are used to prioritize our development roadmap.
Data Retention
In-app log files are deleted automatically after the day they are created. Bug report files in our storage are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. Feature request submissions are retained indefinitely to inform product decisions.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any data associated with your account or submission at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
